This is a 2 day workshop.  It provides an understanding of what a mandala is and how you can work with it for setting intentions, healing and making changes in your life.   Day 1  introduces the Mandala,  and an  ethical way of working with these.    Three different examples of creating and using these are discussed and experienced.   Day 2 introduces using a Mandala for making changes / deep healing work.  You will be taken through the Mandala process to experience this directly. 

You will get more out of this workshop if you already have some idea of energy work and / or crystals.   I find that working with a Mandala is generally deep work.
