We are a small family run business based in Pembrokeshire, Wales., We consider ourselves very fortunate to be living in such a beautiful part of the world, and to have easy access to both Haverfordwest as well as several local beaches.
Since its start, this business has provided healing services., workshops and courses as well as crystal sales. Mostly healing and workshops / courses have been provided from our home (5 miles outside Haverfordwest) . Crystal sales have been mainly to students and via shows, events and fairs in West Wales. More recently requests have been made for postage of crystals and from further afield - hence the upgrading of the website to include an on-line shop. The intention is not to replace current pre-arranged visits from those local to the area, but more to showcase examples of the stock that we have for those unable to visit. Our intention is always to source the best quality crystals we can as the energy that they hold and provide is important to us. We keep them clear and happy from the time we source them to the time they find their new homes.

Hi. My name is Deb, and I am the founder / owner of the business Crystal and Energy Healing. With a life-long interest in crystals and subtle energy, I finally left the ‘day job’ over 10 years ago in order to pursue a career more in line with the things that I love to do. I was fortunate to be able to move to a most beautiful part of the world, Pembrokeshire, to do this. Whilst I am grateful for my previous work for the skills I have learnt and am able to use now in my current work, such as IT, teaching and stress management, I am now doing what I love, and I smile more.
I was, again, fortunate to have been living in the outskirts of London with access to some wonderful teachers, venues and exhibitions to help with my own development and learning. Whilst this is of course an on-going journey for me, I gain most now from the peace, sea, nature and elements all around me.
I have over 18 years of healing experience and in 2012 founded the Crystal and Energy Healing school, which is an affiliated School with the British Complementary Medical Association. From that time, in addition to offering half and one day workshops and short courses in crystals, subtle energy related topics and stress management, I have been able to offer a two year Diploma level course in Crystal and Energy Healing which is suitable for those wanting to practice as professional healers or for personal in depth study. This has been immensely humbling and rewarding. My approach is very practical and down to Earth.
I also really enjoy sourcing crystals – and now have quite a stock for sale. Until recently these have been mostly sold to students, and those local enough to Pembrokeshire to be able to purchase at regular events in the local area, or via a pre-arranged visit. (Warning – my enthusiasm about each and every one will probably get you to spend more than you intended!) During Covid I had numerous requests for crystals and found I was building up a postal service as well – hence revising my website to provide an on-line shop (easier to manage than the limited Facebook offering I have been using). My aim is still primarily to source crystals for people in Pembrokeshire / West Wales. I feel that the crystals have already had a long journey to get here and don’t need to travel all round the country again if they can help it. There are some larger or more fragile crystals that are be collection only, which will probably limit them to a local market, however I will post out crystals that will travel better to anywhere in the UK (this will be obvious on the individual items in the shop).
My aim is to gradually add items of interest to the website, which I hope you find interesting and informative.
