This website offers a straightforward way to order your crystals by using the shopping basket provided in our on-line Shop. You order goods and pay for them using your credit/debit card via PayPal (note: a PayPal account is not required to use this service), bank transfer or pay on collection if you live local enough to take up this option.
You may also send your request to us via email clearly stating what you wish to purchase, your address for delivery and a contact email, mobile number for a payment link, or confirmation of collection / payment on collection. We will get back to you to arrange a suitable time to collect.
Another option may be to arrange a WhatsApp call, or even zoom session – please email to arrange this.
All goods and services supplied by us must be paid for in British Pounds Sterling.
We accept most major debit and credit cards.
The cost of shipping will be added to your order.
Goods ordered will be packed and dispatched by us using first class post via Royal Mail.
In most cases we will endeavour to dispatch goods within 72 hours, (we currently despatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). However all orders will be despatched within 7 days.
If exceptionally there is a problem with a particular item we will contact you immediately to resolve and if necessary refund any associated amount paid.
Postage & Packaging (Shipping)

Non Receipt by You
Please inform us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time frame and definitely within a fortnight or placing your order.
We will endeavour to pack and wrap, with great care, everything you order from us. However, we recognise that there will be times when, for whatever reason, the goods you receive will have suffered damage in the post. In these circumstances, please call us as soon as possible so that we may discuss the matter and reach an agreement.
What to do if You Don't like the Goods Delivered
Should you not be 100% completely happy with the goods you receive from us, please contact us immediately so that we may firstly, make arrangements for their return, and secondly, make arrangements to refund the purchase price to you.
If it is your intention to do this, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible and that you do not send any goods back to us without notifying us first.
Any goods that you do wish to send back to us must be re-wrapped and re-packaged carefully and securely.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging (shipping) on any goods that you return to us.
Goods that you do intend to return to us, should be returned to us within 14 days of your receiving them.
If we are Out of Stock
Should we be out of stock on any particular item, we will do our best to contact you straight away and let you know so that you may amend or cancel your order.
Spiritual healing, Crystal healing and other types of energy work are not to be considered as a substitute for traditional medical treatment. If either you, or someone you know, has a serious health issue, you or they should consult their own doctor and/or other appropriate professional medical practitioner.
Any details included here regarding the healing properties of specific Crystals or the benefits of healing and energy work relate to our own experiences and beliefs and it does not follow that these will apply to your personal experiences. Any information you receive, whether orally, in written form or electronically, relating to crystals and stones purchased from us should be received and understood in the above context.
Any purchases you make of crystals, minerals, stones and/or jewellery from us, are made on the basis of your own freedom of choice.

Please note that the photographs displayed on this website are intended to provide you with an accurate representation as possible of each piece. Each photograph will be representative of the item to be purchased. In many cases the photograph will be of the exact item and this will be clearly stated where this is the case.
Whilst we do our best, owing to the large numbers of differing makes and models of computers, screens and printers available for viewing these images, and the vast range of settings available to each user, we cannot guarantee that every piece offered for sale will exactly match the colour and tone as viewed on the computer equipment that you are using. If, on receipt of your items, you are not happy with them please get in touch to resolve or arrange for return and refund of the cost of your purchase.
Please be aware that in purchasing goods or services over the internet you are entering into a legally binding contract.
All goods supplied remain the property of Crystal and Energy Healing until such time as they are paid for in full. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Crystal and Energy Healing until full payment has been received from the buyer.
All photographs and images on this website have been taken Crystal and Energy Healing. As such, we assert our copyright over all images displayed on this website and they shall be considered as the Intellectual Property of Crystal and Energy Healing.
No photograph or image shall be copied, either manually or electronically, without the express written permission of Crystal and Energy Healing and if permission is given we shall require an acknowledgement of their use against each photograph or image so used. Sharing item posted on our Facebook page clearly showing our name on the original post will be deemed to have met this permission.
Breach of our copyright may involve us in contacting you and requesting you to remove or take down any of our photographs and/or images that have been used illegally.
If you place an order with us and make payment to us for that order, but at the time of placing the order, or subsequently, you find that you are unable to take delivery of that order, we will initially work with you to find a mutually agreeable delivery date. However, in no circumstances will we hold the goods for longer than 14 days. If after 14 days you are still unable to take delivery from us we will, at our discretion and at our instigation, cancel the order and refund to you in full all monies paid. All items in your order will then be re-advertised for sale in the normal manner.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations" you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive delivery from us.
If it is your intention to do this, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible and that you do not send any goods back to us.
The regulations state we must provide you with a full refund for the goods within 30 days of the cancellation - and we will be more than happy to do this.
Any goods so returned to us must be returned in the condition that you received them and you must pay any return postage/shipping costs yourself.
If you find that you have to return any goods to us, we recommend that you use a trackable postage system.
Crystal and Energy Healing is based in the UK and is regulated by UK Law.
Any dispute you may have with us, where it is necessary to resolve that dispute in a court of law, will be heard in a court within the UK and under the auspices of the appropriate UK law.

None of the above Terms and Conditions will affect the consumers statutory rights.
Variation of Terms & Conditions and Special Offers
We reserve the right to vary, amend and/or alter any and all of these Terms & Conditions as and when we deem fit.
We also reserve the right to vary, amend and/or alter, and the right to withdraw completely, any special offers or discounts or incentives that we may have advertised on this site or in our promotional material.
By placing an order with us, it is deemed to be acceptance that you have read, understood and accept each and every of these terms and conditions.
