An Introduction to the Chakras

This day provides an introduction to the seven main chakras. Its a pretty intensive day as there's lots to cover! Whilst we can't cover everything (you could easily spend a whole day on each chakra!), it will give you a really good, thorough start. There will be handouts covering the course material . This is not a just a crystal workshop - but they will make an appearance on the day - as well as other 'correspondencies' eg flowers.
No prior knowledge is required.
A minimum of four people is required for this workshop to run. A date will be set for this workshop once enough interest is achieved. Handouts will be included but bring a notebook and pen to make extra notes!
Teas / coffee / water will be provided for break times - but please bring a packed lunch.
