This is a 1 /2 day workshop which introduces the subtle layers of the aura.   No previous experience of the aura, or energy work in general is needed.  This is an introductory level workshop.  This is not specifically a crystal course, and you don't need an interest in, or knowledge of crystals to attend.  Some exercises may, optionally, include the use of crystals but there will be alternative options to using them.
