Meditation Classes / Groups

I run regular 'starter'meditation classes for those who are new to meditation / need some help in getting started.  These courses are six weekly one-and-a-half hour sessions.  These are held both in the evening and during the day subject to interest  so this gives an option of times to work with.  

I've just ffinished the last daytime and evening courses - the next ones of these short course are likely to start after the summer.   Let me know if you are interested and I'll get in touch with you once the dates have been set.
